is a passionate, driven and talented storyteller who is the total PKG: anchor, reporter, photographer, editor and producer.
An award-winning journalist, Beairshelle (PRONUNCER: beer-shell) brings people and their untold stories to the forefront, which fulfills her passion to serve as an advocate for the public.
The Emmy-nominated journalist currently serves Central Indiana as the 4PM and 11PM anchor at FOX 59 News, WXIN-TV.
A Philadelphia native, she remains a die-hard Philly sports fans, which
means she's often hoarse on-air after the Eagles' and Sixers' games. The 2018 Eagles' championship remains a lifetime victory, which Beairshelle contributed to with years of simultaneous boos and cheers! Her love of sports is only matched with her love of cuisine. In fact, the foodie imagines she too is a James Beard award-winning chef, at least in her kitchen.
Additionally, she enjoys volunteering in her community, and that same passion for giving back invigorates her today in her calling as a journalist.
Previously, Beairshelle worked as a weekend morning anchor for the Triangle (Raleigh, North Carolina). There she covered both Hurricanes Matthew and Florence, the Amber Alert & death investigation of 3-year-old Mariah Woods, the Confederate controversy, and the statewide teacher protest.
Beairshelle also worked as a fill-in anchor and reporter in the Miami Valley (Dayton, Ohio) at WDTN-TV. There she dominated political reporting, which included exclusives on the effort to legalize marijuana in Ohio, and the John Crawford officer-involved shooting.
She started her on-air career in Siouxland (Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota) at KMEG-TV as an anchor and general assignment reporter.
She will #seeyouonTV.
